Our Services
Designed to help individuals build their independent living skills and increase their confidence in daily life.
Living Skills Program
Providing the opportunity to have guided experiences in nature to support and develop emotional regulation strategies. Removing the traditional therapy setting that doesn’t suit everyone we are able to provide the opportunity to explore our therapeutic approaches in more relaxed, outdoor spaces. As well we offer the farm setting as a backdrop and tool for some of our skill development programs.
Nature Quest Program
Providing activities of regular farm life supports building skills related to employment, organization and task mastery. Having the option to engage in tasks and skills around the farm encourages individuals to learn these skills but away from formal settings. These skills are transferable, as well as allow individuals to develop strategies to improve relationships, support wellbeing and emotional regulation. This side-by-side activity with the DE creates an equal and supportive relationship that has proven to be beneficial.
Farm Life Program
Our team provides a range of formal and informal functional assessments to support development and behaviours, and help to understand the strengths and needs of each individual.
Functional Assessments
We provide official NDIS reports and referrals to support planning and reviews. We complete comprehensive assessments for the individual so that they can obtain the necessary funding and support they require.

Funding Options
Funding options: NDIS Plan-Managed or Self-Managed.
We also offer a fee-for-service option for individuals who are not eligible for NDIS funding.
Our programs and supports are delivered at Glenwood Farm and can be delivered in your home or community setting as required.
As well we provide assistance to families and caregivers to help them navigate the NDIS and to be supported whilst assisting the person with a disability.
